BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Annually, the NBEDC elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for one-year terms. Nominations are taken from the floor an require a motion, second, and vote for final approval. Duties for each officer role are provided in the NBEDC Bylaws.
ISSUE:
The annual election of four officers is identified as a requirement in the NBEDC Bylaws.
