BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
In Spring 2025, multiple city departments met and created a work group to assess, review, and recommend possible updates for the City’s pedicab policy.
This presentation will update the Board on information gleaned from these meetings, possible code modifications, and plans for public outreach to gather feedback and communicate any changes.
Any future recommendations regarding changes to the existing City policy for pedicabs will be addressed by action of the Downtown Board at a future meeting and advanced for City Council consideration
