BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On February 10, 2026, the RWEA approved a Workforce Study for Comal and Guadalupe Counties - to be conducted by RWEA member, Dr. Christopher Dayley from Texas State University.
Both City Councils of the City of Seguin (April 7, 2026) and City of New Braunfels (April 13, 2026) approved resolutions supporting the collaborative effort between both Cities and Texas State University for this study.
This item will address a status update on the study.
