BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Historically, City Council has cancelled the second regular city Council meeting in December due to its proximity to the holiday.  In 2025, Martin Luther Kings Birthday (January 20^th) and Memorial Day (May 26^th) fall on a regularly scheduled council meetings and will need to be cancelled due to these days being a holiday the city recognizes for their employees.

No fiscal impact.
