BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Section 6.03(e) of the Texas Property Tax Code requires that “The chief appraiser shall calculate the number of votes to which each taxing unit other than a conservation and reclamation district is entitled and shall deliver written notice to each of those units of its voting entitlement before October 1 of each off-numbered year.” Therefore, please submit results of that vote to the Chief Appraiser of the Guadalupe Appraisal District by December 15, 2024. This year the City Council is entitled to cast 140 votes for the candidates listed on the below ballet.
