BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the February 5, 2026 Downtown Parking Revenue Advisory meeting, the committee discussed its mission, goals, and discussed beautification, communications, mobility/access, pedestrian safety, and parking supply as categories for reinvestment consideration. At the February 9, 2026 meeting, the committee completed a ranking exercise to refine their focus on reinvestment categories. The committee then met on March 23, 2026 to discuss project concepts, considerations, and cost estimates; as well as parking program feedback and data. They prioritized projects into the following categories - in this order:
1. Pedestrian Safety and Comfort (highest priority)
2. Improved Parking Experience
3. Additional Parking Supply
This presentation will include revenue reinvestment recommendations made by the Parking Revenue Advisory Committee.
