ISSUE:
In accordance with Chapter 85 of the Texas Administrative Code and Chapter 102 of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances, the applicant is requesting approval to store wrecked/abandoned/towed vehicles (Vehicle Storage Facility or VSF) on property addressed at 153 E. Nacogdoches Units A, B and C.
The subject property is zoned C-3 which allows VSFs. All portions of the outdoor storage area must be enclosed by a solid screening wall or fence, not less than seven (7) feet in height. The site and structures shall meet all permitting requirements, development-related ordinances, and the adopted International Building and Fire codes.

RECOMMENDATION:
Pursuant to the currently adopted ordinance, various departments reviewed the applicant’s request and authorized within their individual scope of review (see attachment).
