BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City has a need for further engineering services conducted by TTL, Inc. for consulting services related to the Westside Library Construction Project. The city initially contracted with TTL, Inc. on August 2024, for a not to exceed amount of $25,000. This work is related to pending litigation. This modification is for an estimated additional cost of $80,000 making the overall contract amount $105,000, which requires City Council approval.
