BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Since 2022, staff has undertaken planning and due diligence efforts to develop strategies and recommendations for parking in the downtown area. The Downtown continues to be a top priority for stakeholders, including the New Braunfels Downtown Board. Prior presentations to Council regarding this matter have occurred on March 28, 2024, February 17, 2025, and February 24, 2025.
This presentation will serve as a follow-up and outline next steps.
