BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Terms for the Downtown Board begin each year on June 1 as a part of City Council’s Spring Boards/Commissions appointments. The June 18th, meeting is the first meeting of the Board’s calendar year when meetings can be scheduled in advance for the upcoming year.
Per the Board’s bylaws, meetings are to occur at least six (6) times per year. Additional, or special-called meetings may occur throughout the year as directed by the Chair or one-third (1/3) of the Board members with five (5) days notice and specification of the meeting’s purpose.

Scheduling at least six (6) Downtown Board Meetings for the upcoming calendar year, through May 2025
