BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
Comal County is the owner of a vacant property located at 340 N. Seguin Avenue. In preparation for the upcoming Downtown Sidewalks Project, the City has requested use of this property for a construction staging area. Comal County has agreed to allow use of this lot pursuant to the terms of the attached interlocal agreement.
