DISCUSSION:
The roadway impact fee advisory committee was appointed earlier this year following legislative changes in September 2025. The City was undergoing the Roadway Impact Fee Study update, which required additional meetings to perform the committee’s required duties. Upon the submittal of the recommendation to City Council regarding the study, the committee will begin meeting semiannually to review the 6-month financial report and project progress. The committee will discuss the establishment of a regular day and time for these meetings.
