Discussion and election of RWEA Chair for remaining term to April 2027.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Per the RWEA Bylaws, officer elections are required every two years and the Chair and Vice-Chair roles are to alternate between the cities of New Braunfels and Seguin.
On June 10, 2025, the RWEA elected Shane Hines (New Braunfels) as Chair and Jason Dinscore (Seguin) as Vice Chair - with both officer terms to expire in April 2027.
Mr. Hines’ term on the RWEA Committee expired May 31, 2026. This leaves the Chair role open until April 2027.
ISSUE:
As the prior RWEA Chair left the Committee May 31, 2026, a new representative from New Braunfels must fill this role until the end of April 2027.
