BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
The CTTC Board consists of ten members with five of those members representing the City, NBIDC, Chamber of Commerce, NBISD, and CISD. The other five seats are selected by the City of Seguin.
The NBISD representative recently resigned from the school district, so NBISD selected a new representative for the CTTC Board.
One qualified application was submitted by NBISD for the vacancy:
