BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City (Lessee) and Sammye Lynn Dietz (Lessor) entered into a lease agreement dated August 1, 2016 for the use of property owned by Lessor as the New Braunfels Police Department Gun Range.
ISSUE:
The current lease had a five year term which expired in 2021 and allowed for one (1) five year extension which was exercised in 2021. This amendment will provide for an additional five year renewal effective August 1, 2026 and expiring July 31, 2031.
