DISCUSSION:

 

Chapter 395.057 of the Texas Local Government Code requires the advisory committee to file written comments on the proposed amendments before the fifth business day before the date of the public hearing on amendments. The City Council has called for a public hearing to be held at 6:00 P.M. on October 26,2026 at New Braunfels City Hall , 550 Landa Street in City Council Chambers as part of the regular meeting.  The committee will discuss and take action on it’s recommendation in order to ensure written comments are provided to City Council as required.
