BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

They City of New Braunfels has been recognized by both the state-wide organization Texas Association of the Municipal Information Officers and the national organization City-County Communications and Marketing Association for outstanding work in municipal communications. During the 2023 award cycle, from the national organization, the City was honored with a 1^st place award for Wein & Saengerfest, a 2^nd place award for a social media post, and 3^rd place award for the 2023 Bond Public Education Campaign. From the state-wide association, the City earned an Award of Excellence for the website and an Award of honor for the Best Use of Short-form Video.
