BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

This agreement allows for entities within Comal County to utilize the County’s election equipment via uniformity of equipment fand procedures.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The cost estimate for an election is approximately $16,861.15 for election workers, supplies, and training.  (This amount is subject to change after the polling places are established). Funds have been incorporated into the FY 2023 Adopted Budget to support this effort.

Staff recommends approval of the item.
