BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The Downtown Board is a Spring-appointed Board and City Council appoints the membership. Terms for new Downtown Board members begin in June each year. The July 9th meeting is the first meeting of the Board’s calendar year, and this is the first opportunity for the Board to set their meetings for the year, through May 31, 2027.
