BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On April 28, 2025, City Council approved the appointments of Jenny Jaeckle and Seth Reichenau to the Board of Adjustment for two (2) At Large seats with terms ending 05-31-2028 and Maurice Lewis II and Timothy Bray for two (2) Alternate seats with terms ending 05-31-2028; however, the ordinance governing the BOA appointments limits the terms to 2 years. This item is correcting the term expiration date of these four individuals to end on 05-31-2027.
ISSUE:
Providing a correction considering the term limits for the (4) individuals appointed by City Council to the (2) At Large seats and Alternate seats on the Board of Adjustments on April 28, 2025.

Staff recommends compliance with the applicable ordinance by approving the corrected term limits of 2 years for the 4 individuals recently appointed to the Board of Adjustments by City Council at the regular meeting on April 28, 2025.
