BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Section 4.01 of the committee’s bylaws state that the City Council will appoint a Chair of the committee by a majority vote and that the WHAC put forward a candidate(s) for City Council’s consideration. The outgoing Chair did not apply for reappointment and the Committee did not act at its January 2023 meeting.
At its regular February meeting, the WHAC nominated Randall Allsup to serve as Chair for the 2023 calendar year.
