BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Staff will provide a presentation on the proposed amendments to the pavement engineering standards.  This is a follow-up from the May 15th Council presentation with recommendations from a public meeting, a development stakeholder meeting, the Traffic and Transportation Citizens Advisory Board and the Planning Commission.
