BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

At the June 12th City Council meeting, City Council voted for all of City Council to collectively choose two (2) alternates for the Charter Review Commission from the remaining applicant pool at the November 9, 2026, regular City Council meeting.  With the seven (7) applicants chosen for each district to include the mayor’s choice, the two (2) alternates will complete the seats needed for the Charter Review Commission.
