BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On July 9, 2026, the Downtown Board requested an update on Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #3 (TIRZ 3) - to include its fund balance and projects supported. The TIRZ 3 boundary falls within the Downtown boundary and projects supported by the TIRZ impact Downtown.
Staff will provide a summary update on TIRZ 3 projects and efforts, to date.
