BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
Substantial work has been completed on the Visioning Plan to date. Based on the public input received, additional options and modifications need to be explored. This item would provide $70,750 of consulting services for additional public input meetings and programming options related to the South Castell Visioning Plan.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The NBIDC has sufficient funding to support this expenditure.
Recommendation
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The NBIDC voted unanimously to approve the expenditure at their meeting on September 21, 2017.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of an expenditure of up to $70,750 for a supplemental services agreement with Douglas Architects for the South Castell Visioning Plan.
