ISSUE:
In accordance with Section 102-27 of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances, the applicant is requesting approval of a license to store wrecked/abandoned/towed vehicles on property addressed at 2635 State Highway 46 S.
The subject property is zoned C-3 which allows Vehicle Storage Facilities (VSFs).
All portions of the outdoor storage area must be enclosed by a solid screening wall or fence, not less than seven (7) feet in height.
The site shall meet all permitting requirements, development codes and building and fire codes prior to any development.
