BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Landa Park Aquatic Complex (LPAC) Bathhouse was constructed in 1937 and renovated in 1968 and 2008. To improve the condition and operation of the building the Facilities Division worked with Parks and Recreation Staff to determine needed operational and aesthetic updates to the building.
SpawGlass Building Services has prepared a proposal to make the necessary improvements to the bathhouse building. The improvements include interior and exterior paint, replacing all the flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, partitions and millwork. Additionally, several operational improvements will be made including a designated family changing room, party room and transaction counter for admission sales.
These services are being procured utilizing BuyBoard Cooperative Contract for Job Order Contract Services for the renovation services from SpawGlass Building Services. The total contract value is $662,157.75 and staff is recommending a 10% contingency of $66,215 for a total contract award of $728,372.75.

Continue an ongoing program of infrastructure construction and maintenance.
