BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The update includes an overview of the managed Downtown parking program including data collected through December 2025, with a discussion about potential program updates.
ISSUE:
A contract with Interstate Parking and the City of New Braunfels was initiated in Spring 2025 to manage the paid parking of river parks and downtown. The presentation will include downtown-specific data obtained and improvements made during the first six months of the program. The presentation will also include program updates for consideration.
