DISCUSSION:

Fair Lane by River Acres Park is currently a paid parking lot, with a fee of $20 to nonresidents on weekends and holidays between May 1^st- Labor Day. In 2024 $24,580 was collected on Fair Lane. This location is free to residents with a valid Resident River Parking Pass. Staff would like consideration to expand paid parking at this location to be 7-days a week from May 1^st- Labor Day to be consistent with other paid parking locations. This change would have minimal expense to make minor signage modifications.

RECOMMENDATION:

City Staff recommends charging $20 per space on Fair Lane by River Acres Parks to nonresidents from May 1^st- Labor Day, with free resident parking with a valid Resident River Parking Pass.
