BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
City Council held work sessions on the FY 2018-19 Budget and 2018 tax rates on August 13, 14, 15, and 20, 2018. The City published a notice regarding the public hearing on the budget. The Fiscal Year Operating Budget and Plan of Municipal Services is scheduled to be adopted on September 10, 2018.
