BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board has seven members serving three-year staggered terms. Notice of vacancy was advertised from July 13, 2018 to August 15, 2018.
Two qualified applications were submitted for the two Parks and Recreation Advisory Board vacancies:
• Thomas Blagg
• Joe Turner
Applicants’ current & prior service on Boards and Commissions
Thomas Blagg has no previous experience on City boards or commissions. He is a graduate of City University.
Joe Turner has no previous experience on City boards or commissions.
