BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:

The City, the New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation (NBEDC), and Comal County desire to expand the use of the County owned property at the corner of E Bridge Street and N Seguin Ave. Once completed the project will accommodate 97 parking spots.

 

The contract with D&M Owens for $92,000 includes all associated parking lot construction work and electrical work for added lighting.

 

Total Project Expenses:

Construction:                       $92,000

Contingency (15%):  $13,800

Materials Testing:                      $15,000

Total:                                                                $120,800
