Public hearing on the FY 2019-20 Operating Budget and Plan of Municipal Services.

BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
Texas Local Government Code requires that taxing entities hold a public hearing on the Annual Budget.
City Council held work sessions on the FY 2019-20 Budget and 2019 tax rate on August 12, 13, 14, and 19 . An additional workshop is scheduled on the 20th, however at the time this agenda report was completed, City Council has not formally determined if the final workshop will be necessary. As required by law, the City published a notice regarding the public hearing on the budget.

FISCAL IMPACT:
