BACKGROUND / RATIONALE:
Cathy Talcot has served in the continuous roll over term on Bexar Metro’s 9-1-1 Board of Managers since 1997. Ms. Talcott will retire from the board at the end of the year. As the second most populous municipality in the district, the City of New Braunfels is eligible to appoint a replacement to fill her unexpired, continuous rollover term.
