Proposed change:

The current bylaws for the New Braunfels Arts Commission state in Article V; Section 1. The regular meeting of the Commission shall be held in March of each year unless it is determined by the chairman that a specific meeting date and time must be changed due to the weather, lack of quorum or some other sufficient reason.
