BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Bond Advisory Committee is composed of 24 members - one of which is a member from the River Advisory Committee. On November 18, 2021 the River Advisory Committee meet to discuss and select a member to represent the River Advisory Committee on the Bond Advisory Committee. Heather Harrison was selected as the representative and while her term is ending the Committee felt that she would be the best advocate and representative.
ISSUE:
Bond Advisory Committee appointments require Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.

Staff recommends approval on a River Advisory Committee representative to the Bond Advisory Committee.
