June Park Project Updates

DISCUSSION:
1. Mission Hill Park
Inlet boxes have been delivered and installed. Contractors are finalizing paving and then will install plants in the Filtera boxes. Signs are partially installed.
2. Alligator Creek Trail - West
Final design is nearing completion. A schematic should be delivered within two weeks. A Steering Committee Meeting is set for July 27th, 2pm, to receive an update.
3. Dry Comal Creek Greenway Trail Update
A 30% plan will be presented to staff next week.
4. Kerlick Lane Park
The sidewalk connection and pad for swinging bench have been poured. The swinging bench should be installed by end of this week.
5. Bond Project Update
All potential park projects will be presented at an Open House on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 6:00 pm, Civic Center.
