BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Masterplan was awarded a contract on March 20, 2020, as a provider for a third-party assistance for development process review. The contract terms and conditions require City approval for a change of name (novation). Milrose Consultants confirmed documentation of their acquisition and name change from Masterplan effective August 16, 2022. City services have not been affected or disrupted by the transfer of ownership.
With this assignment, Milrose Consultants assumes and agrees to perform the obligations under the contract. Milrose Consultants has committed to assuming the existing terms and conditions of the contract with the City including pertinent scope, budget and fee schedule for the third-party assistance for development process review work. The same Project Manager and team of professionals will remain with Milrose Consultants.
Staff is recommending approval of assignment change for the Services Agreement for Milrose Consultants.
