BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Rockspring Saur, LLC is a prospective developer of approximately 86 acres on the southeast side of Saengerhalle Road. The developer has acknowledged that sound attenuation, Saengerhalle Road reconstruction and widening, drainage easements and drainage improvements are beneficial to the development of their property.
ISSUE:
The proposed development agreement will result in sound attenuation, Saengerhalle Road reconstruction and widening, drainage easements and drainage improvements.
