BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
CDBG Staff to provide information regarding the Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program (Section 108) to the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) for discussion of the program. Section 108 is a loan guarantee component of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program that provides communities with a source of low-cost, long-term financing for economic and community development projects.
