BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Since 2022, staff has undertaken planning and due diligence efforts to develop strategies and recommendations for parking in the downtown area. The Downtown continues to be a top priority for stakeholders, including the New Braunfels Downtown Board. An initial presentation regarding this matter was presented at the March 20^th, City Council Meeting. This presentation will act as a follow-up and will provide recommended next steps.
