BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Thru TxDOT’s Off-System Bridge Program, the Landa Park Drive over the Mill Pond Bridge has qualified for funding to be replaced along with sidewalk and bridge rail improvements. Currently the project is in design, but right-of-way could be needed along with utility adjustments before the project is released for construction bidding.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be responsible for any needed right-of-way or construction easement along with utility adjustments.
